Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you use treesuggestion.living and the services Treesuggestion Pest Control offers through it. By browsing this website, phoning the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Treesuggestion Pest Control Does

Treesuggestion Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

The Providers

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We also make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content on this website is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice. It is also not advice on whether any product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job and are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

When you phone the number or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@treesuggestion.living.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Treesuggestion Pest Control or the people who license it to us. Please do not copy it or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

That includes loss tied to a provider's services or products, or to any agreement between you and a provider. This website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
